Colorful attraction

I cast an uninhibited gaze upon the world and my emotions, seeking to express them freely, with a strength imbued with inner depth.

My personal photographs serve as my starting point: I rework and transform them until I grasp their very essence. My brushstrokes on the canvas follow this movement, sometimes bold and vigorous, sometimes calmer, lighter, or blurred. My palette, with its deliberately vibrant colors, thus fluctuates according to my visual inspirations and moods.

My quest is for the essential, a synthesis of forms that compels me to constantly question myself: what should I keep?

What should I abandon?
I don't hesitate to rework, to shake up my canvases, even at the risk of "losing" them. Yet, it is never a loss, but a transformation.

What is buried remains present and contributes to the mystery of the work; each layer, each step, 

becomes a hidden presence that nourishes the surface.
